The Art of Fitness Chicago was founded by Terry Young, a certified personal trainer and master karate instructor. Terry Sensei as he is known by many of his karate friends wanted to bring a high quality fitness center to the community in which he lived.

Fitness Programs

Kettlebell Boot Camp

The Kettlebell Boot Camp combines the best of two great workouts, boot camp training that has both cardio, resistance and body weight training and kettlebell training that works the five pillars of fitness. This class meets two days per week in an early morning format that gives a total body workout. You'll get stronger, leaner and build cardio endurance.

The Kettlebell Body is about learning the foundation of kettlebell techniques. At the Art of Fitness, our Kettlebell classes will change the way you look, the way you move and the way you feel. Everyday task will be easier and you have more energy.
